Auto Insurance 2007 Did Not Pass: HB07-1224 Prompt Pay Medpay & Health Insurance This bill would have sped up the claims process. HB07-1230 Would have established a method for prompt payment of claims for third-parties injured as a result of an accident. SB07-198 Medical Payments Coverage Auto Insurance Would have required all insurance policies to include a mandatory amount of medical payment coverage. |
