Auto Insurance 2009 Did Not Pass: HB09-1226 Colorado No-Fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act This bill was an attempt to return the system of auto insurance to a no-fault system. The new system would not have had the same coverage as the old no-fault policies. HB09-1166 Pay-as-you-drive Auto Insurance Rates This bill would have adopted rules establishing a pay-as-you-drive (PAYD) rate structure for determining premium rates for automobile insurance policies using the miles driven as a factor in determining rates. |
