Predatory Lending - Payday Lending 2008 Did not pass: HB08-1126 – Procedures for Payday Loans Would have added a cooling off period after a payment plan is completed to prevent the consumer from borrowing again for five days. HB08-1310 – Deferred Deposit Loan Transactions Would have limited finance charges on deferred deposit loans (payday loans). |
